Questions
Questions about diffing
Why structure instead of screenshots?
Pixel diffs fire on every font, ad and price change. Structure only changes when the product does, so a missing field or button stands out instead of drowning.
Is AI deciding what counts as a regression?
No. The verdict comes from fixed rules, so it's fast, explainable and repeatable. AI is used for writing and running journeys, not for judging diffs.
What if an API call only shows up sometimes?
Endpoints that appear or disappear between scans are treated as timing, not a regression. A change to a response's shape is what gets flagged.
What happens when I change a page on purpose?
Accept the change from the report, for one page or the whole scan, and it becomes the new baseline. Data changes never need accepting because they're never flagged.
